Congratulations on your new or upgraded business website! You are on your way to having a beautifully designed and fully functional website to attract customers and show off your business. But perhaps the most important piece in making a website effective is your words.

As a professional copywriter, my job is to sell your services or products with the words on your web pages. Headlines, keywords and phrases and other techniques make that happen.

More and more, people are using the internet to search for services. Most small businesses are realizing they should have a website, but some are not sure what to put on it. They know it should tell who they are and what they do, but that’s about it.

The content on your web pages is critical to pulling in business! When I write, I not only tell who you are and what you do, but most importantly what you can do for your customers, and why they should pick up the phone and call you.

I start out by researching your business and finding out what the key words and phrases are that people use in search engines to look for you. As I write your web pages I weave these words throughout the text. In addition, I link pages and use other techniques to help improve your search engine rankings.

• Amazon – complete setup to sell a product on the Amazon Marketplace.
• Linking to other relevant websites – this can help your search engine placement.
