Adding an email address to your safe sender list

If an email is not being delivered or if it is taking an unusual amount of time to reach your inbox, it is probably because it is suspected of being a spam email.
You can add email addresses to your "trusted senders" list in the webmail to bypass the spam filters.
First, login to the webmail system at https://mail.easyasphosting.com/
Then click on the settings icon in the top of the screen 
Click on the "Spam Filtering" menu option on the left side bar.
Under the "Trusted Senders" section, click on the "Trusted Email Addresses" link.
Add the email(s) you want to skip the filter process to the list and and click "OK"
Make sure to click the "SAVE" link in the top left to apply the changes.
