There was a recent email server update that caused an SSL Secure Server error to happen to some users.
Please follow these steps to solve the issue:
- First try restarting your device. This solves most issues.
- If that doesnt solve it, you can update your email server settings:
Change the incoming & outgoing mail servers from "mail.easyasphosting.com" to "mail-alt1.easyasphosting.com" or "mail-alt2.easyasphosting.com" without the quotes. - Turn off SSL in your incoiming and Outgoing settings.
For the incoming server, you may need to update your port settings from 993 (SSL) to 143 (No SSL)
For the outgoing server, you may need to update your port settings from 465 (SSL) to 587 (No SSL)
