What do the stats mean?
The Summary
The top of the page displays a summary of your monthly activity. It is broken down into Unique visitors, Number of visits, Pages, Hits & Bandwidth.
Unique visitors: One device/computer viewing the website is counted as 1 Unique visitor for the month no matter how many times they visit or how many pages they view.
Number of visits: A visit is counted as a single viewing of the website by a device no matter how many pages they view. There can be multiple visits in a day or month.
Pages: This is the number of pages viewed by users over the month no matter how many times they may have viewed a specific page.
Hits: A hit counts every single page load no matter if it was viewed before by a user.
Bandwidth: This is the amount of data that was transferred between the server and a user for the month.
Further down on the stats summary page, you can see these broken down into Days of the Month, Days of the Week and Hours of the Day.
